Buying
How do I pay?
At checkout you pay securely on Paystack by card, bank transfer or USSD. Your card details go to Paystack, not to us.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Add products to your cart and enter your name, phone number, email and delivery address at checkout. Your cart is saved on your phone or computer.
Are the prices final?
Prices are shown in naira. Our system confirms every price at checkout, so you always pay the current price.
How long does delivery take?
Each product page shows its estimated delivery time and where it ships from. After you pay, our team contacts you to confirm the delivery details.
Is there a minimum order?
Some products, especially bulk inputs, have a minimum order. When they do, it is shown on the product page.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Every product page has an "Order on WhatsApp" button, or message us on +234 707 777 7989.
Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?
Contact us on WhatsApp (+234 707 777 7989) or email contact@onimsagro.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. Our team will help you.
Warehouses
How do I book warehouse space?
Open a warehouse on the Warehouses page to see its location, size and price, then book with us on WhatsApp or, where it is available, book and pay online.
Can I visit a warehouse before booking?
Message us on WhatsApp with the warehouse you are interested in and we will arrange it with you.
Services
How do I request a service?
Choose a service on the Services page, such as consultation, training, installation or equipment rental, fill in the short form, and our team will contact you.
I am not sure which service I need.
Book a consultation or message us on WhatsApp and an expert will point you in the right direction.
Food Bank
How do I donate?
Transfer any amount to the account shown on the Food Bank page, then send us your proof of payment so we can thank you.
Can I donate food or volunteer?
Yes. Farmers, traders and companies can donate surplus food, and anyone can volunteer. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
